Yesterday Brejesh did the inspection for the property that my husband and I are interested in purchasing, but we needed to make sure there are no serious problems with it. Brejesh was amazing - very diligent when presenting the results of his research, showing all the existing and potential problems, and giving advice on further actions to take. Shortly after the appointment, he also sent us a comprehensive report with all the photos and descriptions that we can use for future reference.
