Leduc Canadian tire showed exceptional service to my family and business for many years. A few weeks ago, I experienced problems with my company truck and brought it to Canadian tire in Leduc. They 100% delivered on their promises, kept me informed every day on the ongoing progress and the General Manager (Joe) personally overviewed the whole process. Herbers on Parson road is one of the best companies to deal with. The customer service is rated on the high end of excellence. I was impressed with each of the service representatives I dealt with as they were respectful of my time and kept me updated on the progress of my vehicle. Troy and his team went above and beyond to give my daughters car a thorough inspection and fixed everything that required attention in order for her to drive safely out to Ontario, on a very short time frame. We were not able to give them a lot of notice but he fit us in and they worked overtime to complete the necessary repairs.
