There are so many great things I could say about Rick and his team as he services all 3 of our vehicles. My van is the people mover. 4 teenagers girls to get around to sports and Rick has it running so well and it has over 200 000kms on it. Rick and his team were able to fix my air conditioner without it costing a fortune. And as far as getting my breaks done. He always has the best price and workmanship. Thanks so much Rick !

I have had several issues/repairs done on my old Montana Van this year. The current head mechanic is excellent. Very knowledgeable and understands keeping an old vehicle running. All work has been done as identified, no upcharges no hassles and the work is done right. The new staff in the Garage is very professional, knowledgeable and easy to work with. I strongly recommend. My car was making some noise, I took it in to get checked out, they slipped me in at the end of the day. I was told they could fix it, or I could take it down the street to a specialist and they would fix it for less. Great company, thanks for saving me money!

I just wanted to thank Wayne for being an honourable Mechanic. I took my Rav4 into the shop to have the rear brakes and rotors replaced due to a scraping noise from the rear wheels when braking. I received a call from Wayne telling me the brakes were fine and the noise was from rusted brake parts due to the car sitting through the Pandemic. He cleaned the rust from the back brakes at a reasonable price. He could of just went and replaced the rotors and pads and I would of never known. Thank you

About 27 years ago I had a shifter cable sticking on my Accord. Dennis looked at it and said that he could repair it for about $250. However he said there was a recall on this and I should take it to Honda for repair. I’ve been going to them ever since. Great service and very knowledgeable.

I was on my way to Barrie coming from London, when my car died on me. Passing by I saw The Auto Doctor and quickly turned in. I assumed it was the alternator that was the issue. When I walked inside I was greeted with great customer service and fair if not great pricing. They were on the phone ordering the part, had it shipped to the shop, and installed a brand new alternator within an hour. To be able to drop in without an appointment and have that amazing service, Id highly recommend!

I just bought a tdi. My sales guy, Jacob, was first rate. We hadn't planned on closing the deal, just shopping, but Jacob was so non-pressure and had every answer that it was a no brainer. I usually like to have some inside connection and a good referral before I make such a major purchase. Jacob and the Leavens staff far surpassed any recommendation I could've expected from a close friend even. I really felt like family. It's no wonder they've built such a successful business after several generations.
