I was so worried when my Dodge Grand Caravan was experiancing transmission issues. Right from the first phone call and talking to Vivian, she explained to me that one of their expert technicians will verify the concerns with my vehicle for free. They then provided me with a couple different options to repair my vehicle. Ultimately we whent with a rebuild for the simple fact that their warranty is good nationwide! Went out shopping yesterday and quickly realized that one of my rear tires was almost flat according to the screen warning. Drove to Mario's garage conveniently located in West Queen West downtown Toronto around 4pm.
Mario kindly accepted my request that late in the day and asked me to leave it with him. I thought it was a nail or something similar but ended up being a faulty valve which he replaced. I've been going there for years because they can be relied on.
