Awesome, Awesome people, plans, trees and plants!! Wonderful service and such tidy work. We have had many upgrades to our landscaping lately and HVN has done an outstanding job. They are hard workers and leave everything looking perfect. After care, fertilizing and mulching is always done in a timely manner and with great care. Rob is brilliant! Very knowledgeable, calm and friendly. Can not say enough good things about HVN, Rob, Devon and team!!

Excellent and friendly service. This wasn’t my first time here but I took in my old lawn mower to see if it could be repaired. He was very quick to look at it and give me an estimate. It was my decision to get it repaired or not after he gave me the price but he was very honest and said because if it’s age it wouldn’’t be in the greatest condition even with repairs. I decided not to have it fixed and there was no charge. Highly recommended!!

The nursery has a down to Earth vibe and its staff are more informed than other nurseries in the area. Prices began to rise in the last 2-3 years but this place is still more affordable than Sheridan. Complaints about emerald cedars not living should not solely be put on the nursery but planting and watering. The staff are busy so getting special treatment is difficult (referring to previous comments)

I have been using their products for years now, I will never use anything else. The seed grows fast, the fertilizer makes my lawn so green. I love the organic Wollastonite and I would not garden without it! Think green, think no further.

I love coming to Vandermeer to look for plants. Even if I don't find what I'm looking for, it's wonderful to see the fish and very relaxing to watch the turtles lounging around. This is the place to shop in the spring and summer - such a variety of plants.

My visit to Fern Forest Gardens last summer was absolutely fabulous. From their breathtaking grounds, to array of high quality plants.. I wish I found this local spot sooner! Not to mention, Karen and Tom were so lovely to deal with; Karen's passion beams through this spectatular place. The annuals I bought here were THE BEST I have ever gotten..So lush, and never seemed to stop growing. Karen even gave me lots of great info regarding my favourite, Petunias. Thanks again!!

A small family owned business, provided me with time, knowledge, good price and quick delivery. I have been back several times since then for other products that they provide. I have been visiting, shopping and getting wonderful gardening advice from Lorraine for over 10 years now. Both Lorraine and Robert are friendly and always willing to answer my multitude of questions. They have inspired me to become the best gardener I can possibly be and in turn I have learned how to keep my environment healthy and safe for myself and the creatures that live within it. I trust their knowledge and love shopping there whenever I can.
