I never leave reviews, this is a first. I am so happy to live in a community with local companies like this one. I called Reynolds this morning, I didn't have heat in the house. I was told that there day was full and they wouldn't be able to make it over. I was expecting a next day appt. Instead, I was asked a few questions over the phone. Then walked through a few steps. 5 minutes later I got the furnace going and the heat back on. This cost me nothing. This will obviously not always be the case, but from now on my friends, family and I will be calling Reynolds. Thanks again

Yikes today is April 16th 2025, and Wow!! we had Robert (another ROB) over to our home to discuss our options for a new furnace. What a professional, concise, friendly, courteous, sales person. He answered all of our questions, gave us complete information, took his time to explain what was going on with our old Geothermal furnace, and all of the options, that we needed to know. I have only good things to say about Don and his team. There was constant communication from start to finish and all of the guys were knowledgeable, friendly, and worked hard. We are so happy with the quality of the heat pump that we had installed. It has already been a lifesaver and to know that we'll have the same comfort throughout the colder months is such a relief. Brandon is an absolute pleasure to deal with, professional, friendly, helpful, very knowledgeable and most importantly provided a thorough explanation of what was being done. He didnt rush through the job and took his time to troubleshoot and diagnose my AC problem. Glenn came by in short order and fixed my AC unit which was on the fritz. The thing I love about this company is how honest they are: He suggested that the AC unit could last up to another 10 years and a new unit wouldnt save all that much money. $250 instead $2500+!
They had also installed a new furnace a few years back so I knew they were the first one to call.

I couldnt get my gas fireplace to light. The CustomComfort team was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They quickly identified the problem and arranged to order a replacement part. They replaced the part, cleaned up afterwards and left the fireplace not only working, but looking better than it had before. I was very impressed with them, would use them again, and would highly recommend them!

In February 2022 my furnace stopped working. It definately has been a cold winter. I called T H Oliver as I had been a customer since 2004 when I lived in Aurora. Elise provided such amazing and caring assistance. Someone came out quickly to assess the issue. To make a long story short, they were able to replace my furnace in a short time. Great service. They solved a problem with a air circulation unit (no power to switch) and were able to move a thermostat for better access (innovative approach). Cleaned up afterwards. Reasonable price as well. Highly recommend!

We have lived in Newmarket for over 25 years (in the same house as well) S R. Gillis has installed and serviced our air conditioning and furnace when we need anything to be done. Our furnace was over 30 years old and finally had to be replaced. Stan and his employees were so helpful during this time. The temperature was -17c and Stan was quick to drop off some extra heaters to help us through the cold couple of days while they were working to get everything up and running even with the limited working space in our 1886 cellar! I will definitely be spreading the word about how efficient this company is for any of there services!

I have used Air Conditioning Experts for various things over the past 25 years and have to say I am many years late in posting this review as this is not my normal practice.
Obviously, I have always been pleased with the service & pricing as I am still using this company. I have had a/c systems, no heat calls and recently, I have had an oil furnace removed, replaced with a high efficiency gas furnace.
