It was 10 minutes closed on a cold Friday night and my rear view mirror fell off.Banged on the door and Jack the Manager came to it and told me he was closed, and told me he was going home to family understood.He saw my problem and decided to help me. My vehicle was sent here by Haldimand Motors for some rust repair under warranty. I called them to get a quote on another area of my vehicle I wanted looked at and they got back to me within 5 minutes with a price. It was more than I was prepared to pay but since the vehicle was already there and the paint was on hand, we worked out a very fair deal. This isn't a greedy shop at all.
