Representatives (purposely(?) playing games, asking same questions 10-20-30 times any times I call them, transferring me to another service provider after another, where info process start from the very beginning. A whole month already starting connection time I do not have e-net working; tv service starts working within a month of time, uploading TWICE time every second minute. It took them a month time to transfer a phone number and it does not work either. I leave.

Had choppy slow internet service, upgraded service package but didn't show any positive results. I just ended up paying more for internet service that still randomly disconnects me on a daily basis. Customer service English reps are full of rude and unhelpful people. Took me 3 calls and forwarded many times to finally get to cancel my account.

Had it for 2 years, never had any issues with my Internet or the company. Cheap and reliable.
