Would give 0 stars if I could. Horrendous service. Ordered Mother’s Day flowers for my sister—never got a confirmation, and only heard they couldn’t deliver after the holiday. Reached out multiple times and got useless, rude customer service. They finally resent the order, which arrived a week late and DEAD again. Absolutely unacceptable. Do not waste your money on this pathetic excuse for a flower delivery company.

We have now used Charlene's expertise for our wills twice and taken others in to her for the same service, all of which have been excellent. Wills, POA documents, living wills and transfer of property title all handled very efficiently. Thank you Charlene for your services.

I could not be happier about the services offered by Bloomex! I had ordered a special orchid bouquet for my fiancé on her birthday, which I wanted to be delivered a little early in the morning. They made every effort to ensure that the flowers arrived on time on my lady love’s door. Thank you Bloomex for giving a bright start to her special day!

I ordered what appeared to be a beautiful bunch of flowers for my wife for Mother's Day. I could not make their website work without opening an account with them, so I phoned it in. I gave the recipient's address and phone number very clearly, and the fellow on the phone read it back to me correctly. Mother's Day came and went. No flowers. A couple of days later I went online and tried their "Live Chat" to find out what happened. Four times I tried, and each time I was told to wait. I was

Flowers never arrived. No communication. Take the money and run. Shameful.

DON'T BE FOOLED by reviews... they take your money and don't deliver then ingore your calls. You never know if your flowers arrive! There is NO confirmation. You have to call to make sure and this is very embarassing when you are counting on flowers to arrive because you cannot be there in person... so sad. Such a waste of hours calling and calling only to be put on hold. Funeral home confirmed NO flowers were delivered on day 2... visa charge confirms scam.

The worst purchase I have ever made. 1. I made a mistake on the note - 1 MINUTE later, I called and asked to change? They wouldn't. Fine. 2. The person I bought them for received the a SHATTERED vase (which I paid $10 for) and DEAD flowers. I have never been more embarrassed/angry with a company. NEVER EVER purchase from these scammers.

I do wish that there is a star less than zero. Horrible service, they happily take the order , but dont deliver. This is the 3rd time for me, I am the stupid one to get burnt twice or to give this scam 3 chances. Ordered Valentine's Day flowers for my wife 3 days ago to be delivered and it was never delivered. This scandalous scam business should not exist

Bloomex sent a gift basket for me to my friend and it was not what I paid for. They charged me so much and the basket had only crackers and cheap Niagara Falls wine. The website said two bottles of Italian wine and assortment of chocolate cheese cookies and crackers. Very bad service and I would not trust the website. For $153.65 it was dollar store crackers and cheap wine.

Process was user friendly and quick. Half-price promotion [even though vase and deliver was extra] was more cost effective than local shops!

Worst experience ever! I was so embarrassed by floral arrangement. It was delivered completely different. And they had the guts to tell me that after thorough review of the image I provided they don't see any issues and the florist made it according to the recipe. Discussing!

Didn't deliver my order - special occasion. $100 order. A week later they tell me it was a glitch. They offered to send her something else. I demanded my money back. Horrible customer service. I had to bug them.

The customer service is terrible. Order flowers on 7 May supposed to arrive on the 11th it is now the 17th still can’t get a hold of anyone to tell me where the flowers are. The chats keep going dead called customer service three times and left a message with no return call. Finally got through to a live person under the place an order option they sent me off to somebody else who put me on hold and hung up. Now I can’t get through to anyone

If I could give zero stars I would I ordered a flower for my wife to mother's Day but still 8:45PM I didn't received

I ordered a multi coloured- multi variety bouquet and paid extra for the supersize for a 50th birthday. I am beyond disappointed at the substitution, I am actually embarrassed because it seems like the only flowers available for substitution that day were purple mums. I understand that some flowers aren’t available but so disappointed in the lack of colour in comparison to what we chose. I gave one star because they were delivered on the right day . Sorry Bloomex, you did not impress!
